This gloriously restored fortified Farm House and the adjoining Grange are situated in the medieval hamlet of Estrepouy on top of a limestone hill between Agen and Condom, just 90 minutes from Toulouse or Bordeaux.

The Farm House sleeps 8 and the Grange annex 4. The Farm House and Grange are let together for those requiring to sleep 12. For smaller groups of 8 or less the Farm House is available on its own. The Grange is not let without the Farm House from April through September.

Estrepouy boasts a 12 century gothic tower, has only 13 inhabitants and remains almost entirely untouched by the modern world. The Farm House dates from the 16th century. The Grange is of 18th century origins.

A stunning formal garden faces south, planted with boxes and lavender. The swimming pool faces south across the valley to the church of nearby Gazapouy on the next hill.
